• Wear shoes you can run in and can get wet - the course can get slippery and we will have just done fireworks the night before. God only knows what's going to be in that grass!
• Bring extra towels - your athlete will come in at some point and want to be cleaned up
• Bring extra water - think portable shower, eye wash station, goggle washing station, thirst station
• BRING AND WEAR GOGGLES - throw in an extra pair - shaving cream in the eyes really stings - there's one every year (see water bullet above)
• Buy lots of shaving cream and then buy one more - you always think you have enough until you don't
• Pick up your trash - we will be coming around afterwards so please encourage your kids to do their part, cause you don't want to do it for them. Shaving cream is sticky. 

The Guppies season will end with a final swim meet for just them. Times may change as we get closer. Details will be provided later.
