Botany Woods Swim Team

Volunteer signups and swimmer declarations are managed through SwimTopia. Families are asked to:

• Declare swimmer attendance
• Sign up for volunteer jobs

Both are due by Saturday at midnight prior to each meet unless otherwise noted. Reminders will be sent.

1. Sign up in the Swimtopia app or at the Calendar & Signups page (must be logged in).
2. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

How to Declare Your Swimmer

1. Log into SwimTopia
2. Navigate to the Team Calendar & Signups page
3. Select the meet
4. Click the green “Meet Entry” button
5. Mark your swimmer as:
   • Attending
   • Not Attending
6. Save your selections

You may also leave relay availability notes or comments for coaches. 

How to Sign Up for Volunteer Jobs

1. Open the meet in SwimTopia
2. Click the green “Job Signup” button
3. Select your preferred volunteer position(s)
4. Click “Save Assignments”

Note: One parent can sign up both parents for volunteer roles.
