Bolts Club
The Bolts Club recognizes swimmers who demonstrate long-term commitment to the Botany Bolts swim team.
Swimmers earn membership based on years of participation and are recognized for their loyalty, dedication, and continued involvement in the program.
Ironman Award
The Ironman Award recognizes swimmers who successfully compete in all six individual SAIL events during a single season:
- Short Freestyle
- Long Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Individual Medley (IM)
This award celebrates versatility, determination, and a willingness to take on every challenge.
Swimmer of the Year
The Swimmer of the Year Award is the most prestigious honor presented by the Botany Bolts.
Selected by the coaching staff, this award recognizes the swimmer who has made the greatest overall impact on the team throughout the season through a combination of:
- Competitive performance
- Dedication and work ethic
- Leadership and mentorship
- Team spirit and sportsmanship
- Commitment to the success of the Botany Bolts
The recipient is a swimmer who not only excels in the water, but also elevates those around them and embodies the highest standards of the team.

Most Valuable Swimmer
The MVP Award is presented annually to one male swimmer and one female swimmer who accumulate the most individual points for the team during the regular season.

The Bolt of the Year Award is presented annually to one male swimmer and one female swimmer.
