The Bolts Brief ⚡ Week of June 7

Hello Bolt Families,

This week is filled with opportunities! From the TG clinic and Monday Night Dinner to SAIL Night at the Drive, Boys Day Out, Girls Night Out, and another away meet, there’s plenty happening both in and out of the water.

Please read through the updates below and be sure to take note of a few important deadlines and declarations.

BOLT NEWS
Team Greenville (TG) Swim Clinic (AM Schedule Changes Monday)
Coach Karl from TG will be joining us Monday morning for a special swim clinic. To accommodate the clinic, morning practice times have been adjusted:

  • 8 & Under: 10:00–10:30 AM
  • Ages 9 & Up: 10:30–11:00 AM

Move It Monday will take place during normal afternoon practice times. Swimmers should come prepared with sneakers and swimsuits.

Monday Night Dinner
Local Pie Pizza Co. will be on-site beginning at 6:00 PM serving dinner (menu linked here). Grab your food to-go or stay and hang out with friends and neighbors.

A portion of food truck sales goes back to support the Botany Bolts Swim Team. Thank you for supporting the team!

SAIL Night at the Drive
Join swimmers from across the league for a fun night at Fluor Field on Tuesday, June 9! We especially encourage our 10&U swimmers and families to attend. Today is the last day to buy tickets (here).

Divisionals Week & Declarations Due
This year’s theme is Lightning Luau.

Action Required by June 14:
✅ Declare your swimmer for the Divisional Meet
✅ Sign up for Divisionals volunteer jobs
✅ Declare availability for SAIL Championships (July 11) and Classics (July 12)

If your swimmer’s second qualifying meet will be June 18, email the team and we will manually declare them.
