Swimmer declarations and parent volunteer signups for ALL dual swim meets are open in SwimTopia.

Families can now:

• Declare swimmer attendance for all five dual meets
• Sign up for volunteer jobs for all five dual meets

Important Deadlines

• Bent Creek Meet (5/21) declarations due Saturday, May 16
• Heritage Lakes Meet (5/28) declarations due early Thursday, May 21, due to Memorial Day weekend

Volunteer Notes

• Officials training for 2026 must be completed by May 21 and can be completed online here.
• Each family is expected to volunteer at meets their swimmer attends.
• If volunteer positions remain unfilled, families who have not signed up may be assigned a role.
