Bolt Families,

Thank you all for a wonderful kickoff to our season! It’s great to see returning swimmers and get to know new ones. This is our largest swim team with 121 competitive swimmers + 37 guppies, and we’re looking forward to another memorable summer together!

Communications
Now that we’re in season, you can expect a weekly email with an overview of everything you need to know. Then next week you’ll also receive a second weekly email with swim meet specifics. There’s a lot of information, but I try to keep it concise! Always reach out if you have any questions, and see below for this week’s update.

Bolts News

• May 14th: New parent orientation @ 4:30pm in the pool shelter
• Swim practice continues Monday-Friday; full schedule here
  • No practice today (Monday 5/12) due to the weather
• Be on the lookout for a text message from Brooke, connecting each swimmer to their Bolt Buddy
• Buy your tickets for SAIL Night at the Drive on Tuesday, June 3rd

Swim Meet Signups Opening This Week

• Swimmer declarations + parent volunteering for meets will open this week, and we’ll notify you once they’re up. See below for the deadlines for the first two meets:
  • Declarations for the Orchard Farm meet (5/22) are due by Saturday, May 17th
  • Declarations for the Bent Creek meet (5/29) are due by Thursday, May 22nd
