We’re doing something new this year — swimmer declarations and parent volunteer signups for ALL swim meets are now open. Typically they open a week or so in advance, and this hopefully will streamline the process for you.

• If this is your first time, or if you need a refresher, please review these “Signup Instructions.”
• You can declare your swimmer + sign up for volunteer jobs for all 5 meets.
  • Changes for swimmer declarations can be done up until the Saturday before the swim meet.
• Swimmer declarations for the Poinsettia / Weatherstone meet (5/23) are due by Saturday, May 18th @ midnight.
• Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, we are also asking for swimmer declarations for the SPAR meet (5/30) by Saturday, May 18th @ midnight.

• Important Deadline Today: All volunteer tests (runner, timer, chief timer, etc.) must be completed by end of day today, May 16th (SAIL will close the online tests; this is earlier than previous seasons). Certification study info and tests found here.
