Hi guys,

Swim meet this week at Stonehaven! This is our final meet for the season before Divisionals. We have done it, people. It kind of feels like we're getting out of the station wagon at Walley World. AMIRIGHT? So let's knock this out on more time...

Pool Location: 5 Cooper Dairy Road, Simpsonville SC. 

Parking: We've been asked to park at Advent United Methodist Church, 2258 Woodruff Rd., Simpsonville. You are welcome to drop off swimmers and other stuff before parking. (The gave us a diagram that's attached to prevent traffic backing up onto Woodruff Rd.) AND can we just celebrate that we don't live off Woodruff Road. 

Street parking within the neighborhood fills up quickly and is limited. There will be “No Parking” signs located on one side of the street throughout the neighborhood. The walk from Advent is much closer. In short, I think they want us to park at the church. Parking and traffic marshals in reflective vests will begin directing traffic at 3:45 p.m. in the clubhouse parking lot, the neighborhood, and at Advent UMC. So don't screw it up. 

Swimmer Arrival: 4:45  Warm ups: 4:55-5:20 p.m. 

NEW TATTOOS!  Stonehaven isn't using a blue card system, which means, we need to mark our kids with more sharpie stuff. Please write your swimmer’s name on their back right shoulder or arm. This is new for this meet. 

Concessions: All concessions are cash only or Venmo. The stand will open at 4:30 p.m. and is located behind the clubhouse near the bullpens. We will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, hot dogs, chips, dessert, drinks, and candy on a first-come, first-served basis. Get it while you can.
