Hiya folks, 

Our hosts Neely Farm sent us a bunch of info Thursday. See it below. But what you need to know is that this is our big competitor this year. It's the Ice Man to our Maverick, the Heard to our Depp, the Kanye to our Pete. Let's win this thing!! 

Pool address: 105 Farm Club Drive Simpsonville, SC 29680

 Parking: Parking for the swim meet is in the field behind the pool and playground. Access to this area is from Neely Farm Drive. There will be signs and a volunteer to direct you to the parking area. Please do not park in the streets of the neighborhood or any other grassy area other than the designated field space. All violators will just probably get yelled at. 

Meet Timeline: 

• 4:30 Bolts Swimmers arrive at pool
• 4:45-5:15 Bolts warmups 
• 5:10 Volunteer check in – Timer briefing and Officials briefing 
• 5:20 Volunteers in place and relays lining up - Tent Parents! 
• 5:25 Timers Check - They aren't playing with this attention to detail - we see you
• 5:30 Meet Start - Let the battle commence

Concessions: Concessions will be on the back porch of the clubhouse. Cash only. (Think Pita House preparation. Or grab your kids' velcro wallet just in case.) A menu with prices is attached. We will have complimentary meal tickets for all coaches.

Spectators: We invite all friends and family to cheer for your swimmer from the pool deck! We ask that you “set up camp” in your team area in the grass. (I'm thinking this is a fancy way of saying , chairs in the grass - walk to the deck to cheer. Don't quote me. Let's just find out together.) The Clerk of Course area is for swimmers and applicable volunteers only. No parents are permitted at the benches or the blocks. 

You guys - you did it! We have all the volunteer spots covered. Way to go us!! (If something crazy happens, let Justine know ASAP.) 

Also, I'll repeat from last week, do everything in your power to not scratch events. If something happens - leg falls off, black hole spagetti-fies you or your swimmer - please contact Brooke Teague or JB Robinson post-haste. 

Watch out Neely Farm - we're coming in like a wrecking Bolt.
